Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping through our site Elle’s Eclectic Emporium. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then you may look into returning your item for a refund.


How to return your item:

You have thirty days after you received your purchase to return it. You may only return an item for the following reasons: The item was misrepresented through the website and was misleading or because the item was defective. Before mailing your item back, email us at to get authorization for your return. The item must be in the same condition when returning it as it was when you received it. If the item was damaged during the shipping, it is out of our hands and you will need to contact UPS for further information. The original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided for your return to be accepted. Your money will be refunded once we receive your returned item. It will be refunded in the manner in which it was paid. You will be required to pay for the return shipping. If you have any questions please contact us. No item will be refunded until we receive the original payment.


We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. All purchases are shipped from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After the item has been ordered and payed for, the item will be shipped within five (5) business days. If the item purchased is being shipped at the purchasers cost, then that price will appear on the invoice under shipping costs.If the item purchased is being payed by the seller, the shipping price will appear as zero (0) on the invoice. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
